CMH Massage Policies

  • I understand being late to my appointment may impact the duration of my massage session.
  • I understand that if I am sick, someone in my household is sick or I have been in contact within 72 hours of someone who is sick, I am required to reschedule my message. If I show up to my appointment sick, my session will be rescheduled, and I will be charged the $40 therapist lost time fee.
  • I understand that I need to have a credit card on file at all times for appointment protection.
    • Credit cards are kept in a password protected online form through SquareUp Processing.
    • If I remove “unlink” the credit card from this form, a therapist will contact me and I will be required to prepay for the upcoming session.
  • I understand that if I need to cancel or reschedule my massage, CMH Massage requires a 24 hour notice.  If I call, email, or text to cancel or reschedule my appointment after 9pm the day prior or the same day of my scheduled massage, I will be charged a $40 therapist lost time fee.
  • I understand if I No-Call, No-Show I will be charged the same amount of my scheduled sessions.
  • I understand there are no refunds!
  • I understand I will remain completely draped!
  • I understand there will not be any inappropriate talk, touch or threats towards a therapist. I will be charged $100 plus the full amount of my scheduled service, session will be shortened and I will be asked to leave. I will not be able to return!
